for artificial rock making release of
the texture pad Powdered pigment is used as a release agent between the texture pad and the wet cement plaster. The dry pigment is rolled onto the wet cement plaster creating a surface that the texture pad will not adhere to. The finished surface is then cleaned and stained with a staining kit that our experts have designed for the color of the rock desired. Staining kits come complete with detailed how-to instructions. All pigments in the different color groupings are suggested for achieving the desired look. You may want more of the base color if painting a medium to large size rock feature. The diluted stain mixture will be sprayed onto the clean rock surface using a common garden hand-pump bug or deck sprayer. |
