These are the Grotto footprint dimensions. Composites cure at different rates depending on temperature and humidity. This allows dimensions to vary from part to part.  Allow for +1/2" to 1 1/4" of tolerance to prevent fitting problems. If you are building a pool deck based upon the size of the Grotto, finalize the dimensions after you have received and positioned it.
